Although next year will be even more busier for FGA’s top manager Sergio Marchionne, this year he said a total of 19 marktet introductions and 9 updates  are planned. One of the first to arrive this year was the new Fiat Panda and the rest of the European market will get to know the Lancia Flavia Coupe and the Fiat 500L which is almost ready to hit the road. Apart from the Abarth 500, the U.S. will also see the grand arrival of the new Dodge Dart and the already favorite Dodge Viper thanks to its revolutionary and (for US standards) unconventional almost Italian design. Later this year the Fiat 500EV, a full hybrid people carrier, will make its debut. On the Latin American continent where supply  and demand are far more favorable, the innovation process has taken larger proportions with 5 new models and 7 updates. The success of the Alfa Romeo Giulietta will be exported to countries such as Australia and Brazil plus the Asian continent. It is also here, in China, where the new Fiat Viaggio will meet a potentially large Asian customer base: a crucial moment for the Italian car builder.
