With the IAA 2011 finally underway for everyone, we have a closer look at the Fiat stand. The new Panda got all the attention so far, being the latest addition to the Fiat program. Like we said earlier, the new Panda will be available with a 1.2 Fire and the latest generation 1.3 Multijet II. On top of that the already crowned TwinAir offers a further two options: the 65 bhp and 85 bhp turbo. Later on Fiat will also bring out a 4×4 version, presumably at the Bologna motorshow in december 2011.

Another positive vibe came from the Fiat Freemont 4×4. Since the early days of the Fiat Croma back in the eighties, Fiat has not been able to really compete in the family car segment. With sales in Italy so far being higher than expected, this finally proves again that Fiat is not only capable of producing small city cars.
