Bertone Nuccio prototype costs 2 million euro for Chinese collector

Bertone could have found a potential buyer for their Nuccio concept, presented at the Geneva Motor Show last month. The edgy car shown in Switzerland was only a plastic and resin shell, the one showed at the Beijing Auto Show however is a real one-off prototype. Bertone CEO Marco Filippa told the press that close negotiations are indeed taking place, by adding that the asking price should be around 2 million euro. Bertone celebrates their 100th anniversary with the Nuccio concept this year, and the sale of the car is expected to take place after the annual Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance in Monterrey in August. Technical details about the car have not been revealed yet, but it’s believed to be based on the Ferrari 430: a 4.3 L V8 with 480 hp will do the job.
