Alfa’s highly admired 4C will be as a production version almost identical to the concept we saw at the IAA, which means a 1750 TBI with 300 bhp and a low weight thanks to the use of carbon fibre (1/3) and high-grade aluminium (2/3). The 4C will also have an exterior highly identical to the concept, and even the exotic shaped dashboard will be taken in the limited production. The new compact racer from Alfa Romeo will officially be introduced to the public at the beginning of next year and ready for the road in 2013. In Italy it will fetch around 54,000 but abroad will definitely be more. The 4C will be the start of a major comeback of Alfa Romeo that has always excelled in sportiness. Not only in it’s own country, it will be a global comeback with China and the US involved.
